This yoga lesson has been specially designed to help create a place of inner peace and calm, reduce stress and anxiety and induce a restful night’s sleep. Enabling you to maintain a sense of balance and well being. Breathing and relaxation practices can also help by reducing pain, depression and other forms of discomfort.

This lesson provides gentle yoga postures, breathing practices and relaxation techniques tailored to suit each person.

Yoga Therapy Swami Vivekananda research foundation provides yoga therapy which arranged the traditional yoga. The scientific research of yoga therapy has been started in India in the 1920s. After that, the India central government authorized three institutions as the yoga facilities for research, and provides various assistances. Swami Vivekananda research foundation which is one of them has the yoga therapy institution to which Western medical doctor also resides permanently, and the yoga therapy is taught to the psychosomatic disease patients which exceed 10,000 in people every year.
